Pastoral care is the provision the school makes to ensure the physical and emotional wellbeing of your child.
Our successful pastoral care programme means that your child feels safe, happy, involved and able to perform to their full potential.
Here at Woodland we pride ourselves on how we deliver this support.
Whether it's help with behaviour management, transitions, support with form filling or you just need someone to talk to, our door is always open.
Your child's welfare is always at the forefront of everything we do. We offer a nurturing approach and believe building relationships with you and your child is key to offering the best support.
We offer a nurture provision space called 'The Place To Be.'
Mr Stockton is currently managing our bikeability programme and Miss Cundle is using LEGO to help those children who need a bit of TLC.
We also offer a bereavement counselling programme called 'Muddles and Puddles' and we can assist with referrals to Children and Family well-being services if needed.
Please feel free to contact any member of the team via the school office if you would like to discuss anything.
